### Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A valid credit card is required on file when booking an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled **more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no charge.** **Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours** of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of **50% of the scheduled service total.** If you choose to reschedule, the 50% collected may be applied toward your new appointment as a **one-time credit**. The rescheduled appointment must take place within **60 days of the originally scheduled appointment**. **The 50% credit may only be transferred once.** If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled or rescheduled again, the 50% previously collected will be forfeited and cannot be applied toward another appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours and choose **not to reschedule**, the 50% cancellation fee is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward a future appointment. **No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.** By booking an appointment and providing a credit card, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
